
Rodrigo Gonzales Zuazo
Rodrigo Gonzales Zuazo is an environmental economist who joined CSF in 2025 as an Economic Analyst. He focuses on integrating environmental sustainability into economic analysis and decision-making, with experience spanning government, academia, and international organizations. Rodrigo contributed to the Bahamas’ 7th National Biodiversity Report, has represented Bolivia in international climate forums, and carried out fieldwork in rural lowland Bolivia examining community participation in conservation programs. A Japan–World Bank alumnus, he holds a Master’s in Sustainable International Development from Brandeis University and received the Best Paper Prize from the Central Bank of Bolivia for his research on poverty and informality. Outside of work, Rodrigo enjoys swimming and reading philosophy and literature, both contemporary and the timeless classics.
